Golpe do “falso advogado”: como vítimas que aguardam indenização estão sendo enganadas.
O advogado e perito em crimes cibernéticos Dr. José Milagre participou da reportagem exibida no Fantástico e do episódio especial do podcast Isso é Fantástico, explicando como funciona o golpe e quais medidas adotar para se proteger.

- exigência de dados, senhas, ou antecipação de custas ou “taxas administrativas” para liberação de valores;
- pouca ou nenhuma possibilidade de verificação do profissional ou escritório (“apenas WhatsApp/Telegram”, registro duvidoso, ausência de OAB verificada).
O episódio também traz orientações essenciais para quem está nessa situação ou pode vir a estar:
- verificar sempre o registro e histórico do advogado ou escritório, por exemplo, junto à Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB);
- desconfiar de solicitações de pagamento antecipado ou “taxa de promessa” para liberação de valores;
- investir em segurança de dados pessoais, senhas, documentos; evitar compartilhamento salvo com profissionais confiáveis e identificados;
- procurar assessoria jurídica ou contatar órgãos de defesa do consumidor, polícia civil ou delegacias especializadas em crimes cibernéticos / fraudes;
- ter paciência e checar o andamento processual: indenizações não costumam ser pagas de forma “instantânea” ou sem trâmite formal.
